One price per product you make or sell under your brand, per month. A product is one device model or one software product, with every firmware version you upload. The first product of an organisation carries the account; each product after it costs less.

For each reference you import: the article 19 list with its evidence, and daily monitoring of the firmware of that reference for as long as you sell it. The price drops from the sixth reference of the same organisation.

Quick check before you buy.
You upload the documentation and the firmware of one model and get a technical verdict, suitable, doubtful or not suitable, with its reasons, within 5 business days of payment. One payment per check, nothing recurring.

04 · cloud, web and API
Automated security test of cloud, web and API.
Each test covers up to 5 targets you have verified as yours with a TXT record or a file on the site, and runs only after you sign the authorisation online. The passive test looks at what normal requests show: DNS, certificates and TLS, headers, email, security.txt and subdomains. The active test adds ports with nmap in safe mode, non-intrusive nuclei templates, a ZAP baseline scan and testssl.sh, and is available from the public opening. Pay once for one run, or monthly to repeat it every month.

Technical file for CE marking.
The technical documentation that annex VII of the CRA asks for from 11 December 2027: a description of the product and its intended purpose, the cybersecurity risk assessment, the component list, the vulnerability handling process, the support period, the standards applied and the test reports, ready for your EU declaration of conformity. Quoted per product through the platform, because the work depends on the product and its category.

Things people ask before they pay.
01Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices are shown without VAT. Paddle adds the VAT that applies to your country and your VAT number at checkout, and the invoice shows it.
02How do I cancel?
From the platform, any day. The service runs until the end of the month you have paid for and nothing else is charged. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
03What happens if a payment fails?
Monitoring pauses the same day and nothing is deleted. As soon as the payment goes through, monitoring resumes where it left off.
04What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your firmware, component lists, cases and reports stay in the platform, read-only, for 90 days after the end of the paid month, so you can download them. After that they are deleted.
05Is there a free trial?
No. The first month is the first payment, and you can cancel that same month. The self-check on this website is free and tells you what the CRA asks of your product.
